Called in after 4pm on a Friday and Grant and his team couldn't have been more helpful - I was on a family trip and in a bit of a flap about our upcoming plans being scuppered by an increasingly splitting windscreen following a stone chip on SH25. Pulled in to a lovely greeting from Jack, the Blue Heeler and booked the repair for the Monday morning - just managing to get a new windscreen on order.

The day of the repair it was all done and dusted the same morning, even though the team seemed to have a lot of jobs on. Throughout the process Grant and Charles were friendly, helpful and polite, offering tips on navigating the insurance claims process too.

By comparison I started the process online with Smith and Smith and they emailed the next day to say they'd fit me in three weeks down the track!

Amazing service! We got our windscreen done in two hours they even changed it for better one with sun shade and put our go pro holder to the new windscreen. Amazing guys thank you so much.

Grant and his team know their stuff. I can't speak highly enough. This was the second time I used these guys and both times were exceptional in terms of workmanship and friendly service. The replacement screen fitted, inside cleaned and touched up failing paint on wiper arms along with the courtesy car was much appreciated. Cheers team.
