Had received two windscreen chips on our travels stopped here and were given expert advice and service. They fixed them there and then. In a little more than an hour we were on our way again. I would highly recommend their services.

I was so impressed with the friendly staff and the amazing job they did with replacement of my windscreen, not only did they come collect my car while I was at work they also removed the cover under windscreen and removed all the stuff trapped underneath that causes leaks, the vacuumed my car, and the whole process was super quick and easy.

Awesome service. I had the unfortunate experience of my windscreen coming loose. I called into Katikati Class and they immediately spent time rectifying the problem as the car was unsafe to drive. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me, even happy to talk to my insurance company. Would definitely recommend.

Great service called at 1 on a Friday afternoon as toddler had smashed glass door. Measurer was out by 1.30 then another lot of contractors had it all fixed by 3pm. All very friendly, polite reasonable priced also, highly recommend thank you.

I had 4 interactions with these good folks, and every interaction left me impressed (and finally amazed) with their service and quality. Firstly they met me at my car when I drove up unannounced, and promptly protected the damaged area and arranged the time to return for repair. Then they called me 10 minutes from appointment time to confirm I was inbound. Upon arrival this morning at their immaculate workshop they immediately explained what they needed to do to fix the large area of damage, and got straight into it. Whilst still sipping my coffee at a cafe down the road one of the team walks in, hands me my keys and says my car is parked just out front of the cafe. Then he walked back to work. I love these guys! An impressive example of how business should be done, especially when considering the benefits of repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.

Guys went above and beyond not only with replacing front window screen but then dropped my car off at the machanics for my warrent appointment saved me alot of toing and froing, so helpful thank you!
